WE ARE HIRING 🚨 Seeking motivated and positive individuals to join our growing team! Below, you will find requirements for the positions.

Operator:

🔘 Must have minimum 2 years experience operating different pieces of heavy equipment completing a wide variety of tasks.
🔘 Positive and Eager to get the job done on-time.
🔘 Select candidate will be required to maintain equipment and keep clean when using. (greasing, fuelling, cleaning tracks and interior)
🔘 Willing to work long hours and some Saturdays as required.
🔘 Full G license (A or DZ an asset) and clean drivers abstract
🔘 Benefits after 3 months.
🔘 Pay will be based on experience, attitude and willingness.

Skilled Labourers:

🔘 Hard working with a good attitude and ready to tackle the job at hand
🔘 Must be able to get along and work well with others
🔘 Show skills operating skid steer / mini excavator
🔘 Clean drivers abstract is a must and be able to drive with trailers
🔘 experience in the excavating/ construction field is an asset, willing to train the right candidate
🔘 Candidate must be reliable and show up to work on time
🔘 Pay will be based on experience

Envision Excavating Ltd Is looking to hire a full time AZ truck driver and a skilled labourer/ operator with experience in the excavating/ construction field. If you know of or are a person that feels like there up to the task, please DM for contact info.

AZ Driver responsibilities and requirements:

🔘 Driver will be required to display good driving skills with a tri axle dump truck and 3 axle float
🔘 Experience with floating equipment and materials
🔘 Must have minimum 3 years driving experience operating heavy trucks under an insured policy with a clean drivers abstract
🔘Provide preventative maintenance and cleanliness of the truck and float
🔘 Must be able to show good sense of direction if given addresses for job sites, quarry’s and pits
🔘 Long working hours (min 50 hrs per week)
🔘 Pay based on experience

Skilled Labourer / Operator requirements and responsibilities:

Requirements for AZ Driver:

🔘 AZ Driver must have a clean drivers abstract with at least 3 years of insured commercial driving experience driving heavy trucks
🔘 Must be able to maintain the cleanliness and preventative maintenance of the truck and float within reason
🔘 Must be able to load and float equipment and materials (armour-stone and materials similar)
🔘 Willingness to help on the ground when needed on job-sites

Requirements for Skilled Labourer:

🔘 Must have a good work ethic, be able work with others and be willing to work long hours and some Saturdays
🔘 Eager with a good understanding of the work involved
🔘 Must be able to operate a Skid Steer, Loader and Mini-Ex when needed
🔘 Lots of potential to grow with company

Pay will be based on work ethic and experience, willing to train the right person ☑️

Got this job in Coby all wrapped up! We will be back in the Spring to touch things up once Robert Young Carpentry builds a beautiful wrap around deck landing on our limestone steps!

Couldn’t be happier with the boys on this project on Shadow Lake. They handled this on their own from start to finish. They retained the holding tank area with 16” armour stone, a set of steps up towards the cottage, pea stone pathway, river rocked the shoreline, topsoiled and graded the entire yard, and finished with mulch and fresh gravel on the driveway. Kawartha Sod helped out in the grass department. Cottage was built by Robert Young Carpentry!

Check out the before and afters of this gorgeous Sturgeon Lake property we just completed ☑️ Note: shoreline armour stone was original and not done by us.

Removed all the old wood retaining walls that were rotting and falling apart and replaced them with 22” armour stone and 5’ natural limestone steps!! This project gave the facelift that this water front property needed! If you are out by boat head over to long beach area shoreline to check it out.

Finished up this awesome walkway/ front entrance way... 5’ stepping stone walkway up to 6’ steps makes the front of this house pop!
