A fantastic event at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport) showing DriveTeq.ca track day drivers and coaches how to be consistently better with a Garmin Catalyst. Thanks to Jay Dee Krull and Griffin Whybra from Garmin who demonstrated, analyzed and installed for all the drivers that were interested and a special thanks to Ross Bentley, who offered professional driver and coach feedback to anyone that asked.

with Got out to Mosport for the first time this season with .ca. was there with Garmin helping drivers read and understand the data from their Catalyst’s. He generously went through the data from my first session and left me with the idea that I should aim to make my optimal lap my best lap and create a new optimal to go after. Top is my first session. Bottom is my second. Sorry Ross, missed it by a hundredth of a second 🤣. Day was cut short by some clutch problems but was worth it to learn how to use the Catalyst a little more efficiently and I saved 120L of fuel. It really is a great tool for immediate feedback and if you’re on the fence, just do it.
