Replaced the old glass and wooden trim around them. Painted it white to match.

Insulated, installed vapour barrier, hung the drywall and crack filled the complete second floor.

There was a slight roof leak that damaged the existing closet and wooden header holding the brick up. Removed pretty much everything and made a temporary new entrance to the warehouse behind it. Framed it back up, drywalled and crack filled it, and installed some of the widest door jambs ever.

Floor drain from the garage clogged the pipe. Jackhammered and removed section of slab to access the pipe. Loyd Wilson Plumbing replaced pipe with ABS and I filled it back in and poured new concrete.

Jackhammered old steps and walkway out. Taylor's landscaping did all the stone work. I built the new steps, replaced the top rail and installed the rain gutter on the shed to collect water.

Replacing corbels and and rotten wood in preparation for the painters.

Replaced the crown molding over the windows.

the ceiling was removed to get access to k**b and tube wiring for replacement. After the electrical was completed I went back and levelled the ceiling, Installed new tongue and grove boards and sprayed them ceiling white. Owners are repainting the walls.

The posts on the fence were falling over and coming loose. I removed them all, straightened the fence and installed all new ones. Re-using the fence panels that were existing.

House suffered a flood but it’s all back together now and better then before.
