Third Wave Coffee
Specialty coffee and premium tea, thoughtfully sourced, meticulously prepared and tastefully served 42 Church Street, Toronto, M5E 0C1
As we had some time to explore this yearโs coffee program, letโs bring weekly highlights to share our thoughts and experiences:
Starting with Diamond Mountain Catuai from Hacienda La Esmeralda, Panama!
๐ฟ Grown in the renowned regions of Jaramillo & Caรฑas Verdes at altitudes of 1,400 - 1,600 MASL, washed process delivers a rich, complex flavour profile.
Expect a delicious mix of dark chocolate, nuts, figs, oranges, with hints of cloves and black pepper.
Have you tried our Esmeralda? Whats your thoughts? Leave a comment!
Good coffee, made simple. Central American offerings tend to do well in a variety of applications, and a classic French press is no exception. Bold body and sweet praline notes blend well with milk or non-dairy of your choice for a well rounded, approachable coffee that everyone will love. Head Barista tip: use 1:15 ratio for a bold, flavourful coffee.
Panama Diamond Mountain La Esmeralda Is available on our retail shelf and online shop.
Cold Brew and Blue Matcha Lemonade - our beloved Summer drinks ๐ค๐ Catch them and other seasonal refreshments while theyโre here!
