Congratulations to our members of the year and volunteer of the year.
So many people went above and beyond this year that we named four members of the year instead of one.
Congratulations to President Shane Closs, Vice President/entertainment Crystal Wylhuizen, Grounds director Brandon Coutu, and Secretary Laureen Hall.
We also recognized a volunteer who, while not a member of the Rocky Agricultural and Stampede Association, has given his blood, sweat, and tears to putting on this year's event. Congratulations to Jesse Ames.

Thank you to the Rocky Pro Rodeo for organizing today’s parade and everyone who came out to make it such a success- I was so excited we had the Red Deer Royals marching band!!!! And lots of other floats including a group from the Calgary stampede!

This Weekend, the town comes to life with the Rocky Pro Rodeo!
We will be open on Saturday during and after the parade down at the Royal Canadian Legion Rocky Mountain House Branch 8 (10am - 2pm) with something for Everyone!
Honey, Eggs, Meat (of all kinds), Crafts, Toys, Coins, Gifts, Preserves, Leather goods, Produce, and the Coffee is always on!
Make sure to bring the Kids for our summer Scavenger Hunt 😉 (sheets can be found at the Coffee Table)

Thank a 4-H member and a farmer. Last night 48th annual Rocky 4H Beef show and sale was really impressive. Thank you Kurt Browning arena for allowing this event.🙌The care and knowledge these young people have for thier animals ❤️is just amazing 🤩 it takes so many dedicated people, parents and youth as well as supportive community members, mentors and sponsors. Food production is in safe hands with these young folks. If you ever have an opportunity to attend it’s incredibly inspirational 👏

The sheep are back in action for the 50th Annual Rocky Pro Rodeo !! Sign ups will take place Friday June 7th at 10am at the South Tim Hortons. Only 15 children will be alotted per day (per the sheep owner). Event will take place Saturday and Sunday following the rodeo.
