Kombucha gummies!
1/2 cup favourite kombucha
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1.5 Tablespoons grass fed gelatin
5 drops organic liquid stevia
Pour half of the kombucha into a pan to heat up, not boiling.
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl.
Add the gelatin mix to the hot kombucha, whisk to combine.
Pour into moulds and set in fridge for 3 hours.

Homemade, organic pesto!

I am so grateful for our amazing, huge basil plants this summer! 3.5 jars full and for sure another full harvest to go!

I got to spend a whole day with my sister and cousin! What a beautiful time :) roof top cava, walks along the river, hanging out at the Forks, cider, great conversations, delicious dinner, a random meet up and margaritas! Solid win of a day! I loved it and I am so grateful that I got this time to connect with them!

CSA haul number 2! I love grocery shopping from my friends garden ;) I also love getting local, organic produce grown in regenerated soil with amazing stewardship practices! So grateful to know my farmer and where my food comes from!
