Internal water damage is no big deal.
After this client addressed the source of the leak and gave it some time to dry, we were able to remove all of the damaged plaster and patch it back up.
Good-as-new 😊

This bathroom was in desperate need of some TLC.
Paint and caulking was failing all over the place.

If you ask the "painting contracter" how they will paint around the trim on a cut & roll job and their response is "We'll tape it first.." cut them off right there and give me a call.
Taping has 3 uses: prepping for spraying, hard to reach gaps/tucked corners & amateur painting.
A quality brush & paint, the right angle and a steady hand is all you need to tackle tedious cuts
