1. Take a bath with 1-2 cups of "Dark Relax Rosé Bath Soaks"

2. Light a "Goddess Candle" while reading The Handmaid's Tale

3. Take the doggo for a walk in nature

4. Drink herbal tea, and don't forget to use a "concrete Dish" so you don't ruin the table

5. Don't forget to stretch it all out and meditate 🧘🏼‍♀️

Right now I am sitting at my kitchen table (that we shamefully never use) working on the website and having the pleasure of seeing the sun shining and birds hanging out in our yard. Even though it's not technically spring and there was some hail earlier I am so thankful to be living on the island with all this beauty surrounding us and it feeling like spring is here 🌷now off to go frisbee golfing with my Fiancé and MIL , have a wonderful Family Day!
