Goal Mastery is big for me. I need something to work towards, without a goal I get distracted and won't put in the work. Today's training helped isolate some key points to ensure that 2024 is going to be a year of GROWTH for me and my family!!

With New Years Resolutions being a common topic right now, I wanted to share a bit about what was discussed. Did you know that 92% of New Years Resolutions fail and 80% of them have failed by mid Feb! Isn't that crazy? This is because most New Years Resolution do no have actionable steps!
While we all have good intentions to make these goals happen - when life gets hard, we struggle, we take a break and then we say we will start over. But that is really hard on our self esteem... Your brain will start telling you that since you failed once, you will fail again, so why start over?

Achieving goals is not just about having good intentions it's more about making the plan and having actionable steps that you can use to implement the actions needed!

Implementation is about making PROGRESS, not "getting it right" or doing it "PERFECTLY"!

Let's talk garlic! 🧄
Garlic is widely used around the world for its pungent flavor as a seasoning or condiment. I know personally we go through quite a bit of it!
Unfortunately, like everything else at the grocery store. The cost of Garlic has seen a 55% price increase in the last year and even more so for those convenient to buy jars!
Having the right tools will help you get the flavour you want, while also keeping your budget low.
Did you know you can prep your garlic for up to a week in advance! Just store it in a bit of Olive oil and keep it in the fridge!
To store minced or sliced garlic for longer, place in a freezer bag and freeze flat for 6months, longer (up to 12 months) if they are peeled and whole!
