I usually get asked a couple questions with what's happening in the market nowadays:
1. What's going to happen with the mortgage rates? Mine is up for renewal soon!
2. How much longer are we going to suffer with high inflation rates? We are feeling the pinch of paying so much for stuff. We can hardly keep up with our bills.
