Lunn Family Counselling is now offering in person sessions.
Session spaces are limited and are held on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in Bancroft.
As always we offer virtual or telephone appointments during the day and evenings.

Remind yourself daily of your amazing attributes. Your anxiety is trying to keep you stuck, don't let it.

Who you surround yourself with is important for your mental health.
It's okay to cut out toxic people or cut back your interactions with those that don't give you what you need.

It's okay to put yourself first. If your not alright then you can't perform at your best.
