“Starting July 18, 2024, landlords will be required to use the Landlord Use Web Portal to generate Notices to End Tenancy for personal occupancy or caretaker use. Landlords generating notices to end tenancy will be required to include information about the persons moving into the home. Through this process, landlords are informed of the significant penalties they could face if they are found to be evicting a tenant in bad faith.”

If you're planning to visit Buntzen Lake this summer, you'll need to head online before you head out. ☀️

Starting May 15, visitors will need to reserve a parking spot via the park’s website or the Yodel app starting at 7:00 AM the day prior. Each reservation is linked to your vehicle license plate and phone number, with a unique QR code provided for gate entry. 🚗

Vehicles overstaying their reserved time may be towed. This system was implemented as a means to reduce traffic and will run until September 2nd. Alternatively, visitors who arrive on foot, by bike, or via public transit do not need to make a reservation.
