Mail-in ballots can also be dropped off at the returning office in Simcoe at the Simcoe Town Centre on West St.

Despite the ominous looking clouds, the weather was perfect for Haldimand-Norfolk Pride 2022 in Caledonia this afternoon.

Great turnout, lots of cool vendors and an amazing line-up of entertainers!

Chatting with some local teachers today and
learned a lot about the Right to Read Inquiry report.

We have let students down in this province, but an NDP government will give schools, teachers, students and parents the tools they need to make schools a better, more inclusive experience for all children.

Our children deserve better.

Thank you to all our hardworking teachers!

I have the utmost respect for your work and what you do for our children daily.

Last night, it was a privilege to meet the teachers in the town of Port Dover, and I appreciate their introductions to the town and residents.

Hoping for a warm welcome in Simcoe as Sarah attends the Simcoe and District Chamber of Commerce's Provincial All Candidates Night this evening, with doors open at 6pm and starting at 6:30pm!

It was a great experience to attend the debate in Kohler yesterday evening and discuss many issues important to local farmers here in Haldimand-Norfolk.

Keep an eye out for tomorrow's debate in Simcoe at the Legion, next door to the Simcoe Town Centre, held by the Simcoe and District Chamber of Commerce at 6:30pm!

CANDIDATE DEBATE TONIGHT!

The Haldimand Press, in partnership with Windecker Road Films, is hosting an MPP candidate debate tonight, online and in person, at the Caledonia Lions Hall (100 Haddington St.). Doors open 6:30 p.m. and the debate will run from 7-9 p.m.

What question do you have for your future MPP? Let us know below and it may be included in tonight's debate by the moderator, former CHCH news anchor Connie Smith.

This event is sponsored by the Realtors Association of Hamilton Burlington, the Caledonia Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Caledonia Lions Club.
