“Wild women are an unexplainable spark of life. They ooze freedom and seek awareness, they belong to nobody but themselves yet give a piece of who they are to everyone they meet.
If you have met one, hold on to her, she'll allow you into her chaos but she'll also show you her magic.”

These clouds fascinated me tonight. The perspective looks a lot different in the photos but also I see different very cool things. I have the wonderful experience of living on the Prairies. Some people think it is boring we don't have mountains we don't have the ocean and in some places there aren't many trees but oh my to we have beautiful sunshine and a continous changing big sky. You can stand and see the horizon in all 4 directions. During COVID when we couldn't go anywhere we went for drives and I feel in love with the sky.

Sometimes, you don't need to say anything at all. Just compassionate presence.

Start with being present with yourself and holding a space of compassion for youself. You don't need to say anything, judge or do anything just be present, and hold loving compassionate space

Just as a snake sheds its skin, we must shed our past over and over again. This simple, but profound, phrase is attributed to Siddartha Guatama, who was born in India around 500 BCE and later became known as the Buddha, or the “Enlightened One.” 🐍💖🐍

Everything that ever happened to you, you experienced right within you. Light and darkness, pain and pleasure, agony and ecstasy—all of it happened within you. If someone touches your hand right now, you may think you are experiencing their hand, but the fact of the matter is you are only experiencing the sensations in your own hand. The whole experience is contained within. All human experience is one hundred percent self-created

Sister Rosetta Tharpe - Up Above My Head live [Colourised] 1964 13/01/2024

The Beauty and Power of Divine Creation and one woman daring to shift the Paradigm. Considered the true creator and influence of Rock and Roll. She influenced Elvis Presley, The Rolling Stones, The Beattles, Chuck Berry, Little Richard Eric Clapton and Aretha Franklin to name a few. Her life was not perfect, she had numerous failed relationships and passed over young at 58 from chronic health conditions including diabetes and stroke. She was genius and magical none the less. We are not called to he perfect. We are called to walk in the power of our wildest nature, our unique selves. This Divine Goddess shifted, influenced and changed our world. We all have the ability to influence and shift the Paradigm. It may not come with accolades and often it is the subtle shifts that have the greatest impact. She proved that one person can change the world and she did it with grace, beauty and humility.Just because you think your unnoticed doesn't mean you are. The greatest thing you bring to the world is you. ❤.
