It was a beautiful journey to Seattle, Portland and San Francisco. So many lovely new connections; its always wonderful sitting in community together.

Many years ago, I made a conscious decision to switch from living from my head to living from my heart. This completely changed my experience of life. A lot of courage was needed to overcome the fears that the mind continuously presented, but the magic and fullness of living that has opened up since has been beyond what my mind could have imagined.

Our hearts offer us deeply connected guidance and a strength born of softness and an infinity of love. Join Petrina and I for this special event connecting and exploring the Power and Wisdom of the Heart. We begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart chakra and float to the sound and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. We will learn about the Heart chakra and how to clear it and do a deep dive into our relationship with heart through dyadic communications. Ending with a circle meditation and energy healing, this will be a powerful day of accessing all that the Heart has to offer.
