Baby hats are some of my favourites…because I use the SAME sized poms on these itty bitty hats as I do on my adult sized hats…the Poms are almost the same size as baby’s head, and it looks soooo adorable. ♾️ I’ve been trying out some different stitch marker types and I absolutely 💗 these snag-free jump ring style markers! I especially like how I can have different colours to mark the beginning of a round and then mark sections within the round…like in the set of mittens I’m FINALLY attempting! What is your favourite stitch marker style? ♾️

Wow, what a JANUARY! Usually it’s 🦗 crickets 🦗 over here following Christmas, but in the past 2 weeks I’ve had orders for 30 hats! That’s added to the 5 birthday parties Lyla was invited to, as well as a baby shower! This cute order of Baden & Muskoka Beanies is heading out today!!!!! Has your January been busy too?!?!

🧶 WELCOME! 🧶 It’s been awhile & there are a bunch of new faces around here, so I thought I’d pop in and say hi! My name is Laura Ruth & I’m the owner and creator of Cozy Cole Creations! I love crocheting, knitting & making cozy things. I love all things cozy, warm & buffalo plaid…and I specialize in hats with BIG faux fur Pom Poms. Here are a few facts about me:
🧶 I live in Rockwood, ON 🇨🇦 with my husband & our daughter Lyla.
🧶 We have 2 amazing ragdoll kittens, Bob & Rosie 🐈⬛
🧶 I started crocheting when I was pregnant as a way to feel productive during evenings when I was too tired to get off the couch
🧶 I used to be a social worker, but now work full time from home in Child Welfare Records.
🧶 All of the hats I sell were designed by me! I sell my patterns, as well as DIY knitting & crochet kits!
🧶 I’m a huge homebody, and will always choose staying home vs. going out.

Welcome back Mapleton Beanie!!! I’m working at adapting my pattern for double-stranded worsted weight yarn and I’m super excited about it! These will be available for order this season, and once the pattern is ready, I’ll also have DIY knit kits available.
