JC Carpentry specializes in home renovation and new home builds. We have been servicing Ottawa and surrounding areas since 2019. JC Carpentry is a small carpentry business looking to expand and grow our crew to meet the demand of our clients. We are a hard working team who loves what we do.

We are currently looking for an experienced carpenter with experience in residential renovations to join our growing team.

Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Minimum 5 years hands on experience in home renovations
Experience with framing and finishing work
Basic tools/power tools required to do carpentry work
Must have a hard hat and safety boots
Reliable, punctual and ability to show up to work
Safety at heights certification
Able to operate machinery bonus

Responsibilities:
Complete carpentry work with little to no supervision. Including but not limited to; framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, door installations, kitchens, decks, finishing work
Supervise and instruct labourers
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical labour such as lifting and cleaning
Meet deadlines and maintain quality work

$25-35/hour- Wages will be based on experience and carpentry knowledge

General carpentry duties and other assigned tasks from the head carpenter
Operate power tools
Assist with rough and finishing carpentry work
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical labour such as lifting and cleaning
