My ceramic strawberry sadly broke, red African winds to blame! A favourite flea market treasure, so I kept it all the same!
My neon pen’s my favourite torch, feel super blessed to own. For it lights my series’ passageways as I travel them alone!
My tile, a classic cortijo craft. Fired earth is antique art! An amulet to manifest my dream home, cobbled courtyard, oranges, hearth!
My dinosaur’s one of many, painted in ‘Casa Misty’ blue. A plastic toy dipped in turquoise, reminding me of climate change… the zoo!
My silicon spatula bastes the finest, Gaucin virgin olive oil. To grill padrónes a la plancha, ‘till the vacas come

Painting shoes, they are my first painting shoes, in the meantime I have added others, but none are as red under the traces of work as these
Measuring tape, a gift from my canvas supplier in Berlin
Car number plate from Rome, where I lived for 6 years in this lifetime. My brother " borrowed " the sign from a car for me to give me a special souvenir of the eternal city. The number plates with the city name "Roma" written on them no longer exist
"Äffle" is a full member of our family. When Basil and Zeno, our children, were still in their early age it used to accompany us in the car, on the plane, in everyday life, and it still does today as a permanent resident in our kitchen in Gaucín. It has a voice and what it has to say is often rather naughty to me. I don't think "Äffle" likes me very much, but I love this cheeky little creature
