Before starting my Reflexology journey, I was an RMT for 7 years. I love Reflexology even more than I loved Massage and can't wait to learn more!

I have two beautiful daughters and an amazing husband that I love to spend all my free time with! And like everyone else, it's not always stress free times so I value my me time as well. "Me time" mostly revolves around me soaking in the bath tub with my favorite book and essential oils to relax. 🛀
