I didn’t know what to expect coming back to the shop this week but I instantly learned that you are not playing any games with us ❤️

Storefront is a different game for sure! Can you imagine?

My very first plan for NutmegSpiced was to be 100% virtual, I had no intention of doing storefront at all. Now you are demanding a location in Scarborough (where in Scarborough? Let’s plan it out 😂) Next thing you know I’m in Scarborough looking at vacant space 🤦🏾‍♀️

I could cry for the amount of support you have shown us this past week. We sold out every single day. I also love your feedbacks as well, so many positives but the one that stood out the most is “I’ve been in Canada for a long time and never had a sweet potato pudding that reminded of home”

This stood out because I myself searched for it and bought so many different varieties and something was always missing. Sweet Potato Pudding made ya girl work hard for it. With so many variables and variations of potatoes it was my most challenging menu item. When you are dealing with natural produce, we cant always control the outcome which is the most frustrating part of it all.

I think I figured it out!

I’m saying all this to say, thank you all so much for showing up for us, we wouldn’t be here without your support and that we are so grateful. I really appreciate all of you beyond words can express. I do mean it when I say it’s an honour to serve you. Your smiles make me love what I do a tad bit more! I wish you an amazing week ahead…sending love and light 🫶🏾

SUPER excited 😆 to introduce 4 storefront days to you. You have been asking for this for a very long time and guess what, you GOT IT 📌

Here’s what you need to know:

1. We operate the storefront on a limited curated menu! There are certain items that may not be available at our storefront but you have the opportunity to pre-order them on our website.

2. Pre-ordering is still in place! For example, you will not be able to get 20 cocktail sized anything at our storefront window 🪟. Please pre-order 📌

3. Our storefront is in the form of a walk-up window 🪟. Please note that you cannot enter our store.

4. “Until SOLD OUT “ means if we sell out at 3 PM, our store window will be closed until the next day. However, we try to keep you updated on our stories in these cases.

5. Pre-orders, we hope to receive all pre-orders for the week by Tuesdays.
