Why do people say “Rabbit! Rabbit!” on the first day of the month? The lore goes back to 1909 when the phrase was first written about in an English periodical, Notes and Queries (March 27, 1909). The article noted that a young child would yell 'rabbit, rabbit' up the chimney. He hoped performing the ritual would bring him good luck in the form of presents. 🍀🍀

Today, folks say any of the following to bring them good luck for the month. Some say rabbit once, same say it twice, and some say it three times. Some people say white rabbit, which is thought to be an Alice in Wonderland reference. Some people even say bunny, bunny.

🍀 Happy St. Patrick's Day! Ever wonder about the real story behind St. Patrick's? 🤔 Let's do a quick dive into the fascinating tale of Saint Patrick! 📖👀

Saint Patrick wasn't actually Irish.☘️ He was born in Britain and was kidnapped by pirates at the age of 16, then taken to Ireland as a slave where is was forced to work as a Shepard for his captors. 😲 Eventually, his luck turned around when he managed to escape and return to Britain.

After his escape, Patrick felt a calling to return to Ireland as a missionary. 🌍⛪ He spent years spreading Christianity across the Emerald Isle, famously using the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity. 🍀🙏

So today, as we don our green attire and raise a pint, let's tip our hats to Saint Patrick, the man who turned his misfortune into a mission! 🎩🍻

Take time out to do something you love today. Even if its only for a few minutes. Doing the things that you love is good for your mind, body, and soul. Read for 15 minutes, stretch, go for a short walk, blast your favorite music - do whatever makes you happy! Taking a few minutes for yourself will help you show up at your best for everyone else. My newest hobby is creating AI images and videos. I love seeing how AI interprets my ideas. I hope you like this spring vibe pic.
