We are Riz.
It all started with sushi.
One day, I had the opportunity to take over Riz sushi and call it my own. It has been a journey since we started, and we’re still going.
We went from catering sushi to so much more than that. We now service well over 50 regular clients for lunch time sushi and poke, from the City of Vancouver, Executive Hotels, to hot lunches at elementary schools and numerous movie sets at Vancouver Film Studios.
Dedicated to our craft, we serve the finest fish, whether it’s locally caught, or air-flown from Japan. We crave high quality goods for our customers to share in experiences. We use this in our sashimi, our poke bowls, and Chirashi bowls. No matter what’s on the menu, we’ll tell you right now that when you’re hungry, it’s a good spot to go to in Vancouver.
