Hello everyone! It's such a pleasure to be here, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself properly. My name is Hyam, and I'm thrilled to be the founder and head designer of Elite Design Build. Interior design has been a deep-rooted passion of mine since my early teenage years. Fast forward through the blessings of five wonderful kids and twenty years of marriage, and here I am, celebrating a remarkable 10-year journey in the interior design world.

But you know what? Design isn't just a job for me; it's my true passion and an incredible outlet for my creativity. I feel blessed to have found something that brings me so much joy and fulfillment.

I want to extend a warm welcome to all of you here. Thank you for being a part of this community, and I look forward to sharing my love for design with each and every one of you. Whether you're new here or have been following my journey from the beginning, please know that your presence and support mean the world to me!

Custom range hood cover for this beautiful space, that slope is everything!
We decided to carry the range hood cover straight up to the ceiling, creating an elongated clean aesthetic. It’s all in the details.

For this space the furniture selected was neutral so we played around with accent colors in the art, rug, and throw pillows.
I must say that navy blue is one of my favorite colors to incorporate as an accent! Just adds a deep richness to any space.

I stand in solidarity with the People of Palestine ✌🏻
Let’s take this opportunity to educate ourselves and shine light on the truth.

We must stand United and demand an end to the illegal occupation, genocide, ethnic cleansing, and killing of INNOCENT people.

My heart aches for every mother that has witnessed the death of her children, every father that has felt a sense of helplessness, and every innocent child that cries themselves to sleep.

This is a fight for humanity.

This is the vision board for our .icecream.shoppe project.
It started off with hues of aqua and blush, and ended with an assortment of colours including a touch of black and gold to bring it all together!

The owners came to me with a clear vision, they wanted this ice cream shop to reflect a 1950s vibe, so I took that and ran with it!

I’ve stayed true to the theme while adding a touch of modern flare to the space.

This project has definitely been a breathe of fresh air, I was able to play around with colours, which is not typical in most of my designs.

I knew I wanted to include a vintage item in the space ( because what better way to say 1950s than with a vintage piece from the same era???!) So I set out to find the perfect vintage China cabinet....and knew I wanted that to be my ‘statement piece’
took on this project and brought my vision to life, refurbishing the piece with the perfect shade of aqua, a pop of colour is the perfect addition to the new space.

We’re not there yet, but this project will be complete soon,

Vision boards are a great way for clients to get a feel for what their Space could look like, sometimes they just need a little inspiration to help them with their own decorating process.

This client made it very clear that she wanted the space to feel comfortable, light, bright, and durable enough for her little boy.

I’ve put together 2 vision boards that incorporated durable fabrics, cozy shapes, warm hues, and a touch of black to anchor the space.
