Hi everyone just a reminder that we will
Offer a 9 am yin yoga tomorrow Tuesday June 18 and a 5:30 Fusion class of a blend of yin and hatha.
This will be our final regular yoga day until we resume in September.
Occasional offerings will be posted throughout the summer so we hope to see you there.

Hi everyone I have the start of a cold so low energy. I feel it will be best to cancel tonight’s class rest and save anyone else from getting it. See everyone next week. Next weeks classs will be on Tuesday evening due to the holiday.

NEW CHAKRA SERIES

Next Thursday, May 23 th starts our new Chakra series. This is a Package of 7 classes. Each class will be dedicated to each major chakra. Through grounding and opening each chakra we can achieve a better energy flow within the body , decreasing inflammation and creating a sense of well being.
There will be some wiggle room within each group if for some reason you are unable to make a class it will be offered to you on another day . Making commitments can be difficult so we will work together to accommodate and ensure that everyone experiences all chakra classes in a reasonable time.
Package is $99. Preregistration and payment is due by next Wednesday May 22th
This will be a class appropriate for most bodies. I wish you all health and wellness. Namaste Kim

Our beginners class based on feedback will be offered Friday am at 9-10 am instead of Wednesday this week. Please be advised that it’s important to message if you intend to come so that we ensure availability of space. This class is appropriate for most bodies.
