Suffering a work accident can change the life of the worker, his family, friends and co-workers, safety is very important for our company due to it helps to keep a calm, safe and quality environment for our employees and ourselves.
A national survey by The Hartford Financial Services Group found that 58% of blue-collar households have “a family member who has been injured on the job, requiring medical attention.”
That’s why we try to promote good procedures aimed at preventing, controlling and reducing occupational risks since the health of all our partners is a priority.

This winery was the beginning for ANDAMA in BC, it was a project full of challenges and bad weather (performed in wintertime), but Andama managed to pull it through.
It gives a lot of satisfaction when any ANDAMA team member goes there to a wine tasting and remembers all the hustle and effort that we put in this project.
