H5 Dough To Go is a frozen dough brand of H5 Food Products. We are located on main street in Kyle, Saskatchewan. Now, This is the birth of H5 Dough Togo.
We specialize in Frozen dough/frozen pizza fundraisers for all kinds of groups as well as sell our products in grocery stores. After being in the restaurant business for more than 30yrs and more than 20 yrs of experience in the Pizza World.... I needed a change of pace. After trying to get out of the food business a couple times, it just keeps pulling me back in! I am excited about this venture as
Happy Father's Day!
I'm having all the kids over for a little Father's Day supper tonight..

To all the Dads out there, keep doing dad things and being awesome!
Well folks, we sold the restaurant where we make the dough!!
Now we have to relocate the business!!
Which direction? North, South, east or west?
If you know of any 1200-1500sf buildings that used to be a restaurant, let us know!
Until then, we loaded up the Saskatoon stores with a pretty good delivery of dough so you can make some pizza on the BBQ, at the lake or spend a rainy day at home and do what we did! one on the BBQ and one in the oven!
Thank you for all the support, and we can't wait to be making you more dough soon!

Not my usual style but felt like something different.
Cooked it right on the stone with no pan.

What's your favorite new years eve snacks!
Mmmm... sesame cheese buns!

Just another idea with some H5 Dough!
I made this pizza a little different than I usually do.
The first thing I did was press it out and ran a dough docker over it.
I then placed it on parchment paper on a pizza pan and covered it with another piece of parchment paper.
I let it rest for 24 hrs in the cooler
I then put some flour on a pizza peel and put the dough on it.
I ran the docker over it again.
I topped it with pizza sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mozza cheese.
I baked it right on the deck of our pizza oven.
Using a ceramic stone or baking steel would give you the same effect.
The result was a delicious, chewy dough that had a little crunch to it. It's really nice.
You should give it a try!
What's your favorite way to use the dough for pizza?
We hope you all had an awesome Xmas!
We sure did!
We had a much needed few days off!
Now,
If you're thinking about some appies for New years, give these Garlic Pretzel bites a try!
Here's how I did it:
*I cut 1 H5 dough ball into 18 pieces
*I rolled them into a ball and cut a cross across the top.
*I then boiled the dough in a pot of boiling salt water.
* I then placed them baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
* Give them a little egg wash( I forgot this step, but they still worked out good)
*Half way through, brush them with garlic butter.
*Once they are baked, brush them again with garlic butter!
Total bake time was 26 min at 400f
Serve them with marinara or whatever favorite dip you like!
Enjoy!
I found myself in a pinch for bread or buns for a supper we are catering tonight...
Soooo....
I took out 4 dough balls and in an hour and a half.. 4 nice, freshly baked French loaves.
Smells so good in here right now! ๐

Safe travels and don't worry about the calories this weekend! ๐
Here's a little sweet calzone you can try out with some H5 Dough!
1/2 a dough ball
Spread it out round
Spread Nutella on it(leave room at the edges to be able to seal it)
Add marshmallows
Fold it over and seal it.
Add a little margarine on top
and bake it at 450 for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Sprinkle with icing sugar
let it cool off... (That's important because the inside will be like delicious chocolate lava)
And enjoy!

Turn that baby into a delicious airy crusted pizza!
There is loads of flavor in dough that's a week old in the fridge!
A family came to Wallys tonight, and it was one of the young boys' birthday!
We hooked him up with some donuts!
Wallys + H5 Donuts + Clearwater Drive In! That sounds like a good birthday party to me!
Cinnamon Bun Tutorial!
Step 1
Thaw out some H5 dough until it is room temperature.
Step 2
I like to use a high lip pan, but any pan with a lip will work(you don't want the juice to spill over and make a mess in your oven!)
Sprinkle a little water on the pan to hold your parchment paper down.
cover your pan with parchment paper.
Step 3
Put some margarine on the pan and spread it out all over.
Step 4
sprinkle some golden or brown sugar on the pan to achieve your desired "stickyness"
Step 5
Flatten the dough out into a "rectangle-ish" shape
Step 6
Using margarine again, spread it all over the dough.
Step 7
Sprinkle a nice coating of Cinnamon Sugar on the dough.
Step 8
Roll the dough up
Step 9
Cut the dough into even pieces. The wider the cut, the larger your cinnamon bun wall will be. I like to keep it around a 1.5" cut.
Step 10
Place cinnamon buns on the tray with the cinnamon sugar.
Step 11
add a little bit of water to the sugar in between the buns.
Step 12
Let proof. These take a little more time than bread or bun dough( I proofed these for approximately 45- 50 min)
Step 13
In a 375f pre heated oven, bake for about 25-30 min. All ovens are different.. when they are nice and golden on the top, they are probably
done!
Step 14
Once they are done, let them relax for a few minutes(it's tough, you will want to dive right in..the glaze is like lava at this point and will burn your mouth. I know.. from experience)
Step 15
Get another plate and flip them over so the delicious glaze is on the top.
Step 16
Share them with friends and family.
Enjoy!
This batch was made with 4 lbs of dough. 2lbs should yield 12-14 nice size cinnamon buns!
If you thought this was helpful, please share this! It really helps us out!

Is there anything better than a fresh loaf of bread... right out of the oven??
Well...
With H5 Dough ... you can have that.
It takes a little patience as it takes some time to rise, but the end result is worth the wait.
Side note.
This loaf was made with 2 dough balls. It would make a nice loaf with 1 dough ball as well!
Prosciutto and feta with onions. Baked right on the stone!
You could easily make these on the BBQ or Smoker at the lake this weekend!
Have an awesome May long!
When your mom is more creative than you...

My nephew approves!
Tanya Hannouch
Felt like making some buns for some sliders.
Just cut the dough into 2oz balls and hit them with some eggwash.
I Iet them rise for just over an hour.
Baked them at 350 for about 20 minutes
They turned out light, fluffy, and delicious.
You could then turn these buns into pizza buns, dinner buns for supper, slider buns, or whatever!
It's not JUST pizza dough!
Hey guys!
I always show you the finished product.
