Whipped (cranked?) this up in less than 10minutes!
Frozen cherries, blueberries & other mixed fruit.
The Master System… sorbet maker attachment pieces, so Delicious brand coco whip topping. Hits the spot.
Bonus: I made extra sorbet & froze it, so now it'll be there, reaoy for me.
I've been stress eating junk food the last few months, which has led me to gain body fat, which is not in my best interest in terms of training and general health.
While the whip topping does bring down the nutrition value, I don't always have it on hand & usually have sorbet on its own.
That being said, it's ok to indulge.
And this iteration of ice cream is healthier!
Less fillers.

Testing out this recipe with the Microwave Pressure Cooker.
Hoping that my high-protein pasta will come out ok…
I added an extra cup of water & used spaghetti snapped in half.
I was "out of spoons" as I'm going through a stressful time & I had no acceptable food left to take to lunch. (no frozen veggies, no frozen dishes, no leftover from restaurant take-home)
I wish this would be my go-to instead of my last resort, but even thinking "cooking" causes me anxiety. I want to change that this year.
