Day 2 and I'm back in Cambridge! I'd love to see you at the Newfoundland club today! I'll be here until 3pm!! Come visit and grab some stuff! There are over 30 awesome vendors here with such a variety of items!

We encourage you to bring non-perishable items for The Food Bank of Waterloo Region to help provide holiday meals!

Santa will be on site from 12:30pm to 4:00pm, collecting letters, asking for wish lists and delivering holiday cheer!�
Face painting and balloon twisting will be located in our kids section!

While you’re there, enter the colouring contest to win a gift basket! And bring your camera to snap a photo in front of one of our balloon display.�

**IMPORTANT READ** Last week I shared the news that the host of this market had gambled away all the vendor deposits for this show. That is still all very true. It's estimated she lost about $35k or more to this gambling addiction of money that was not hers to use. Approximately 175-200 vendors were devastated to learn the event was cancelled and their deposits would not be refunded.

Since this whole disaster last week, a small committee of vendors grouped together and put their lives aside to do whatever they could do to get this market back on. After paying out of pocket to get permits that were not originally applied for, fire code regulations set up, working with the event space to continue getting everything worked out, they ended up getting a donor to front the entire cost of the event space, so this event could proceed!

They have been working tirelessly to organize all these vendors, setting up a floorplan according to regulations, combining spreadsheets to keep track of which vendors were originally signed up, and copies of payment to ensure they get a spot in this new event so they are not put out any more money.

We are doing whatever we can to help spread the word that this event IS happening! And we need all the help we can get to have the best possible turn out so that all these vendors have the best show they could have.

After devastating news, we are excited to announce that there will be a Holiday Market at Bingemans on Sunday, November 12, 2023!

With the help of our friends at www.faire.com, the Holiday Market has become a Christmas miracle! Faire has sponsored the event, helping to cover the rental fee for Bingemans.

We are also grateful for Bingemans for working with Faire to make this happen!

This market also wouldn’t be possible without the help from Hahn Rentals, as they have donated all the pipe and drape.

We also have our fellow vendor Travis from Hunter's Charcuterie Boards and more, who has graciously arranged to have Santa join us!

So if you are from my area you might have heard the news about this. Unfortunately it is 100% true and this event has been cancelled. It was the only other event that I had booked for this year and unfortunately like many others I am out $150.00. if you want to read more about this you can read the article here
