We are squeezing in the last few warm days to get windows cleaned. If you’d like yours done let us know. We know there’s still lots of bugs, but once temps are below zero, price jumps. And high windows may not be an option to clean. 😳

Also, we travel to several surrounding area and towns in the Virden area. Ideally, we books a few jobs in same area on the same day, so to save on fuel and time and mileage. Let us know when you want us to come out your way!

With the weather forecast saying we getting a potential winter storm in next couple of days, we are rescheduling our week....our trailer does not appreciate going on highway with 90km + winds 🌬🌨🌫❄

A perk of owning you own business: make your own schedule 😁 .... also sometimes means working on a Saturday or Sunday. Is it our favorite? Probably not, but we love having the flexibility to make our commercial customers' lives easier, and being able to accommodate them as best we can.
And, because we can make our own schedule, we will book time in our week to have a 'mini mid-week weekend,' a morning or two or part of a day where we allow ourselves to do typical weekend things. We do this in an effort to maintain balance and always be able to give our customers the absolute best we can.
We have learned that overworked does not equal best work, so balance is necessary. ....
And all that said, coming up on spring cleaning season and having to work aroung Manitoba spring weather, the above mentioned lesson is way easier said than done 😆😐🌞🌫🌦🌨🌤❄☔

This is Noni. She is the 'N' in BNR Cleaning Services. Starting the business was Brent's vision, and she is the supporting role. As a wife and mom, her days are spent caring for tasks around the house and helping kids grow. She also looks after the behind the scenes part of running a business; paperwork, to put it simply. As with everything in owning/operating and running a business from home, lessons have been learned. Yet, she continues to both build on what she learns and grow as a business woman. Noni is a positive influence to her family, and customers.
Noni is also familiar with working away from a desk. Since May 2020, she does cleaning in the evenings. She has also been known to step in and assist with windows, waxing floors and any job that needs an extra person.
Keeping busy is something Noni always does, as she has many hobbies, projects and ideas she works on. Remaining active and developing as a person are important to her and her hobby choices reflect that.

This man is the reason our little cleaning businesses has been a success. Brent Rolston has consistently made decisions to make small tweaks to make things 'a little better than before.' He has a gift for perfecting tasks and systems to make them better for the customer and more efficient for the business.
He has built BNR Cleaning Services from the ground up, which started in 2008. Put in all the hard work of starting and running a business and seen it grow. Over the years, Brent has expanded his expertise into a variety of cleaning services to improve our availability to our customers in Virden and surrounding areas. He is always learning new skills and ways to build on what he knows in order to serve his customers in the best way possible. And it shows. His customers love him and what he does!
Some hobbies of his include honing his target archery skills, trying new (and old favorite) recipes on his smokers and doing online research to learn everything he can about shooting a bow & arrow and smoking the best meat. He also makes sure his wife and 2 daughters have what they need to succeed at whatever they have going on.

Anyone else have to make an extra effort (or extra coffee) on Mondays? 🙋♀️🙋♂️
One of biggest lessons we have have learned from running a business out of our home, is that Mondays set up the pace for the week for us. A productive Monday will usually translate into a good, busy and accomplishing week. Takes effort, determination and self-discipline. And coffee ☕

This is our pup named Goose. He is 2 and a half years old. And as innocent and adorable as he looks, he does his fair share of making a mess 🤦♀️ He keeps Brent on top of his stain removal game. It is a good thing Goose is cute, let me tell you!
Did you know all stains, especially pets stains, are different? They cannot be treated the same, but most are removable with the right treatment.
