Setting your price as a DJ is a crucial aspect of establishing your worth and professionalism in the industry. However, when DJs quickly accept extremely low offers from clients, they risk devaluing themselves and their craft.

This desperation to secure gigs at any cost can create a harmful precedent, making it difficult to command fair rates in the future.

Clients may perceive these low prices as a reflection of the DJ's quality, which undermines the DJ's expertise and the value they bring to an event.

It's essential for DJs to stand firm on their pricing, understanding that their skills, experience, and the energy they bring to the party are worth more than what some clients might initially offer.

By maintaining their value, DJs not only protect their own brand but also contribute to raising the standard of the industry as a whole.

This is why I don’t jump on everything I see presented on Facebook. I’m not desperate, I just know my worth!
