Training diary for Ultraman Canada 2014 Documenting the daily training schedule I am partaking on to get ready for Ultraman Canada. Day 3, 52 mile (84k) run.

Involved in the 3 day event is a 6.2 mile (10k) swim, 90 mile (144.8k) bike and that's the first day. Day 2, 172 mile (275.4k) bike. Just in case there's anyone curious about doing it in the future or curious about what it takes to get to the starting line of such an event. I will try and keep things up to date and will include as much detail as I think is relevant.
