The members of the club consist of community leaders in a broad range of businesses and professions. The Annandale Rotary Club has sponsored these activities among others:
• Supports a number of local community service organizations such as day care centers, housing for the homeless, literacy classes, and summer camps for low income families, through financial donations and volunteer work programs

Our Annandale Rotary Club helped pack lunches and personal care kits for people experiencing homelessness in Washington DC. This included making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and packaging toothpaste, deodorant, and other sanitary products

The Annandale Rotary Club helped with ACCA’s furniture delivery to needy families in Annandale and Culmore. We picked up beds, chairs, and sofas from nicer neighborhoods like Lake Barcroft and delivered them to places where new Americans are just getting their feet on the ground. Truly two different worlds. It meant a lot to the kids and families. Very rewarding
