Had the best afternoon at the beach. So many beautiful shells, lots of steps, reflection, gratitude…all the things.
The best back drop for a walk!
Making sure I get my daily dose of clean energy and clean caffeine.
Got some work done on my holidays. Lol I know nothing of small engines but enjoyed it nonetheless.
Grateful.

I’m counting it! 30 minutes non stop movement. Lots of steps and a bit of sweat!!
