This is my latest and most challenging project. Also its a passion project for me as this is an accumulation of my bands live jam sessions over a period of 10yrs. These are live uncut tracks that need a lot of work to get them up to a standard that I would put my name on. Thankfully I was able to take as much time as I wanted meaning this project took a couple years to complete. I worked on this project in between other projects and when the mood was right. One of the things you may have to face as a mastering engineer is a group of tracks that were all recorded in different studios or rooms, using different gear and sometimes different musicians. Making a seamless album where all the tracks sound like they belong together can be difficult because of this. This was the case with this album. The key is to make each song translatable first on its own then find the perfect track order and it will blend before your eyes. ;) Oh and a lot of other techy mumbo jumbo lol... Anyways enough blah blah go check out this album.
