Hello all! Our beloved yoga studio has made it all the way through the huge challenges of a name change and covid and is now faltering at the finish line. I just purchased my monthly pass to help keep the quality teacher trainings, online and instudio classes and workshops flowing into the post-covid era. Would you consider doing the same?
Peer Development is happening this Wednesday night! The incomparable and…LAUGHTER YOGA!!!! This is going to be a cool combo 😂. Free or by-donation for YTT grads. See you there!
New morning routine - yoga, coffee and sauna (and essential oils of course!)
I didn’t want to.
But I did.
(Several long years ago, after a vaccine I got extremely sick. I recognize that the reasons for that were many and complex. Still, the stories we repeatedly tell ourselves settle deeply in. AND I am aware of the risks and effects of vaccines in general and that we are even less sure about this one in particular.)
On balance - this one is important.
Tomorrow night online. Free or by donation!

Join me on Wednesday evening (tomorrow) at 6:30 for a by-donation Tensegrity Flow class online!
Tensegrity Flow is based on my personal movement practice as it has evolved over the last 20 years.
It combines elements of:
🍊 the Tensegrity Series (developed by The revolutionary Gioia Irwin)
🍊 myofascial self-release (mainly inspired by Jill Miller)
🍊 vijnana-style flows & standing series (from my mentor )
🍊 long-held yin (🙏🏿 ) or restorative asana
🍊lengthy (delicious) savasana.
The glue that binds Tensegrity Flow together is an emphasis on interceptive (internal) cueing and an awareness that the human body (and the universe 😂) is governed by the principle of biotensegrity.
SAMPLE CLASS
meditation with grounding hand mudra, hands-free alternative nostril breath, slow variations of moon salutations, myofascial self-release for the hips (don’t forget your tennis ball and/or wooden dowel), supine Tensegrity series exercises, vijnana standing series (warrior one &. two, half moon, twisted half moon, triangle, twisted triangle, standing splits), lizard pose, pigeon, 90/90, supine leg stretch, supine twist, savasana.
Curious about the reason that I’m using the orange emoji above? Join us to find out 😜😜😜
Honoured to have been interviewed with my love for ‘s podcast! The experience of this came in three parts :
The first was the preparation. This was the hardest - we had to systematize our practices a bit. This was an excellent exercise which I highly recommend for any couple 🤣
The second was the interview. And that was just pure FUN. Because well…Andrina 🥰🥰🥰
The third was the « release ». And that is, frankly, terrifying 😵💫 (but I’m pretty sure we said something in there about moving towards discomfort? Somebody will have to tell me because I’m too nervous to listen 😜)
