Salvaged
Unique, handcrafted upcycled architectural salvage home decor and functional art. Made in Winnipeg.

For the last several years, Salvaged has built a business on making home decor using reclaimed, thrifted and found items, my philosophy was that every piece had a story to tell and everything used had a previous life. I have enjoyed it so much, it has been my outlet. I have experimented, made mistakes, made things I’ve loved and learned a lot. I am finding that many of the materials I have used in the past are simply no longer available. (Nature of using old and reclaimed materials)
Over the coming weeks and months, there will be some changes coming. I will be exploring some new materials, styles and inspirations. Some of the old favourites might linger for a bit, but I am excited to get my hands into new things. Many of the Salvaged philosophies will remain. I look forward to trying something new and stretching my creative muscles. It will all be for the pure enjoyment of the craft, and less about trying to appeal to the masses. I hope you will come along for the ride. You’ll be able to find my stuff at The Old House Revival Company in the Prairie Courage booth on the second floor.

The Aruba reno is coming along! We found some gorgeous wood doors at the local Habitat for Humanity Restore and made them into countertops. They aren’t ready for install quite yet - they need sanding, sealing and edge banding still. And I know our plug needs to be moved up. They’ll be removed before painting the walls and cabinets and then reinstalled later.
