Wilder Child
💛🤎🧡
May we raise children who love the unloved things,
the dandelion, the worms and spiderlings.
Children who sense the rose needs the thorn
and run into rainswept days the same way they turn towards sun…
And when they’re grown and someone has to speak for those who have no voice
may they draw upon that wilder bond, those days of
tending tender things and be the ones.

Every child has known God,
Not the God of names,
Not the God of don’ts,
Not the God who ever does anything weird,
But the God who knows only four words.
And keeps repeating them, saying:
“Come dance with me, come dance.”

Hey, everyone 👋🏼!
A quick hello to check in with you and to introduce myself. I’ve pulled back on public classes significantly over the past couple of years, which have been chock full of personal sadhana, family time, and since January, a great deal of studying! Along the way, I’ve limited social media to prioritize my free moments by spending time in nature and with my special people.
My offerings take place in Fredericton, where my focus is monthly workshops, which focus on the subtle realms through restorative yoga and reiki. The best way to find out about these offerings is to join my mailing list.
Beginning in September, I’ll be facilitating a 6 week program for teen girls, focused on mindfulness and yoga practices for confidence, contentment, inner strength, resilience, and joy. Introducing mindful practices during this time provides our teens tools that provide an anchor as they navigate these years of personal growth and transformation. I’m grateful to be offering this program at Balance Psychology Clinic on Rookwood Avenue.
Thank you for being here 💕

Joins us over at Girl on Fire Empowerment to learn about our mission, approach and offerings.
Why are young women the focus of our program?
The research consistently shows that girls are at increased risk of mental health challenges in adolescence. Girls are more likely to feel physical tension, stress, pressure, the emotions associated with anxiety, and physical symptoms indicative of psychological strain (such as fatigue and changes in appetite). Girls between the ages of 12 and 17 are nearly three times more likely to experience depression than boys (Damour, 2019). The 2021 Youth Risk Behavior Survey found that nearly 3 in 5 teens said they felt persistently sad or hopeless (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2022).
We offer a safe space for girls to navigate the challenges of adolescence. Disclosures and sharing are not required; much of what we do together is inner-oriented. Our program empowers girls through a holistic approach to well-being. We nurture mental wellness through growth mindset, foster emotional wellness through self-compassion, tend to physical health through self-loving embodied movement, facilitate curiosity around meaning and life purpose, and so much more.
We acknowledge that other genders also face mental health struggles and recognize the need for programming that adequately addresses the challenges that these youth face, too.

Abide in Wonder. Rest in Ease. Embrace your Inner Warrior.
Welcome!
Your inner healer is waiting. Each and every offering that Kelly provides holds the intention of supporting you, as you deepen the connection with your own inner wisdom.
Be it Reiki, yoga, restorative practice, or yoga Nidrā, each practice initiates a gentle shift toward reconciliation, replenishment and rejuvenation. As your practice of the softer side of yoga deepens, layers of accumulated stress, trauma, discomfort, and grief dissolve. You’ll attune to the voice of your Inner Goddess, you’ll recognize your resilience and worth. Develop a new way of being, rooted in your authentic self, where peace, ease, and trust in your own intuition are your guide.
The truth is, all of this is all already inside of you; your dedicated practice reveals the luminous and divine being that you are!
Namaste,
Kelly Green (+ my healer pup, Ziggy)
