Pretty nice architectural garage detail with

rawc. planter 2” thick under 300lbs.

Simple precast risers with stingers from Home Depot with some trickery forming and we have some pretty cool precast treads.

You are an exceptional Forming Carpenter that loves building beautiful concrete. The tougher the challenge the more excited you get. You love being on the tools, and are a natural leader.

You love teaching by doing, and you shake your head at foreman who yell and scream and can't seem to manage multiple people on the job site.

You have at least 5 years architectural concrete free-forming experience in high-end RESIDENTIAL context.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints to construct retaining walls, water features, stairs etc.

Forming carpentry - formwork for stairs, walls, retaining walls, foundations, architectural concrete

Natural Leader - train, supervise and support team members to build a positive and cohesive team environment

Requirements

Presentable, professional and with excellent work ethic

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality finished product

Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to past employers

Ideally someone with 5+ years experience - preferably in high end residential construction.

Red Seal preferred or working towards it.

Happy to work outside year round!

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly ($30-35/h) based compensation depending on skills and experience

Mileage Allowance after 6 months
