Important BBQ Update!

Please look out for an email next week with all the details about our annual BBQ that will be taking place on Saturday June 15th immediately following Race #4.

In the meantime, a few important requests for volunteer points:

We are needing a volunteer with a truck to move the mobile podium to the grass area
We are looking for 4 - 5 adults to each take a shift at the bouncy castle ensuring that kids are supervised
Sarah Connell will be coming round this Saturday to confirm numbers - please ensure that you let her know so that we can cater appropriately. If you're able to volunteer, please let her know at the same time.

2024 Rule Change: Walbro Carburators will not be allowed for Briggs 206 Motors after Race 5 (July 6th, 2024).
The Spec Fuel for race days is 91 Octane unleaded gasoline from Esso, 1129 Hwy #5, Dundas, ON (see last week's newsletter for fuel tips)

Track Clean Up Volunteer Needed!

We're looking for a responsible volunteer who is willing to manage track clean up after racing is complete. Please email us if you are interested in helping with this task for the club. A reminder that children are not to ride on or inside the wagon please.

Kid Karts!

Due to rain, our first Kid Kart display will be happening this Saturday June 1st.

This is for practice only and will not be scored.
Kid Karts will run directly after the Driver's Meeting and after the pre-final.
The Standard Counterclockwise configuration will be used for Kid Karts
