Last Saturday was and I wouldn't be me if I wasn't incredibly late posting about it! π
Did you know that there's a design branch of The Wild Collective?! 'Eye Candy Designs' is where I get to play with all things graphic design! π€
As of right now, there are 13 sticker options available, but these are some of my favs! Each one is designed by me, printed locally in Regina by and then packaged (also by me!) on one of these fun little cards!
In the future look for more sticker designs, and eventually prints, cards, and maybe even pins! π©·
Stickers are currently available for purchase at the following Handmade Saskatchewan locations:
π in the Cornwall (Regina)
π in Lawson Heights (Saskatoon)
You can also check out either the YQR or YXE websites for online ordering!Β
Happy super duper belated sticker day!

These headbands are so cute! π
While we canβt honour P+P gift cards (weβre a completely different store!), we would like to help out those who may still have some in their possession.
Now until September 30, come into our Lawson Heights Mall store and trade in your Prairie and Pine gift card for 20% off your entire purchase in store!
Weβd love for you to come down and support the local vendors we have in store! You may even recognize some familiar faces and brands π
β¨οΈ N E W β¨οΈ
Blue Bubblegum and Green Apple are two new juicy bubble bath scents available, making my total options for bubble bath SIX great scents with those amazing, fluffy, long-lasting bubbles! π«§
All new bottles are also now TWIST OFF instead of pry off*, which makes them not only easier to open for your first use, but slightly easier to close up for future uses. I still recommend using a bottle stopper to ensure longevity of the product, but it's your call!
Hanging around Fairways West this weekend?! Come on by Cattail and grab yourself some bottles of Suds to relax after a fun weekend! π©΅ππ

CVAF 2023 is a wrap! π₯³
I haven't been a cvaf vendor since 2018, and everything I was doing then was quite different from what I've got going on lately.
From stickers to spoons to bath products, I am very proud of the products I make now, I'm proud to put my face and name to the things I offer.
Someone asked me during the festival yesterday, "What are you? Jeweler? Metalsmith? Graphic designer?"
I shrugged and said, "I don't know.. I'm just a dreamer!"
Ever since that conversation, I've been thinking about it a lot, and I feel that 'dreamer' is the most accurate title for what it is that I am doing. My list of products that I want to make is always growing, because I'm always dreaming up new ideas and fun new concepts that I want to see brought to life.
Thank you to everyone who came to see me at the festival yesterday - whether you just took a free book, a business card, striked up a conversation, or bought a sticker or a bunch of product, I appreciate you very much and I'm so glad to have you along on this journey with me! π»π§‘

I believe that not only should products be fun, but their packaging should be fun as well.
These are the backing cards for my β¨οΈ N E W β¨οΈ line of stickers - Eye Candy Designs! π¬
Which one is your favourite?!
Personally, since Bee Movie is one of my top 5 favourites, I'm a big fan of the yellow π·ππ

I am so honoured to have been asked to have a table at this event! The one thing I have always known I want for my business is reusable packaging and a low impact on the environment, so I'm excited to be attending this event on Monday.
If you're interested in low waste living and want to come say hi, you can register at the link provided (it's a free event, they just are asking to keep track of numbers). I'll have bath soaks, bubble bath, spoons, and some stickers from my new sticker launch (the church venue-appropriate ones only) π¬π
I'll also have a few weather rocks available as well.
Hope to see you there! ππΏβ¨οΈ
Did you know I take custom orders for spoons?! β¨οΈ
I had the pleasure of doing up this spoon for a birthday gift; the spoon part was stamped with a stampede of horses, so this was a custom that really spoke to my old west soul. π€
Not only do I take custom orders for spoons, but if you have any allergies or sensitivity to any of the ingredients in my bath soaks, I can easily whip up a jar that is safe for you to use! πͺ»
ππ»
β’
β’
β’
I may or may not have gone a little overboard on my latest spoon haul... π¬
With the addition of more stamps, my stamps got upgraded to a larger bin, which means this box is now for this MONSTER amount of spoons that I have to clean and polish before stamping. to my hands
I also got blessed with a great stash of vintage bottle openers! β¨οΈ
Now to get that website going... π«

Hey y'all!
Just a heads up that my products are NO LONGER AVAILABLE at Handmade Saskatchewan.
Also please let me clarify that this decision has absolutely nothing to do with the store, ownership, or anything of the sort. I am simply too lazy to maintain stock at Cornwall, as my products are heavy and I don't like hauling them through the parkade π
Cornwall Mall as a whole also faces some of the highest theft in the city due to its downtown location, and with small items like spoons I just would rather not risk them getting into the sticky hands of people who don't truly value and appreciate my product and the love that goes into it all.
I absolutely have every intention of being in the new location when that is ready at the new Bloom Development later this year, and I urge everyone to still shop at and support Handmade Sask, whether that is at the Cornwall, the Midtown location in Saskatoon, or online at handmadesask.com
I have a lot on my plate right now but I am hoping to get my own website running within the next couple months; in the meantime feel free to continue to reach out for products via DM.

The current stock I have for Suds is as follows:
π Orange - 4
π Black Cherry - 2
π Grape - 3
$20 + tax. FREE delivery within Regina!
PM to claim!
There will NOT be more Suds stock until early-mid February!
I know it may initially seem insane to put bubble bath into glass bottles, but I think some intentional insanity is what the world needs every so often.
I was told it could be dangerous, because "what if they break it?"
Well what if Becky drops her glass of wine while she's getting in the tub?
Or what if Dave's glass shower suddenly explodes? (This happened to us, spooky af btw!)
What if Tammy is eating cupcakes in the tub while crying over a Netflix romcom and starts choking on sprinkles and frosting?!
Every day you're alive is a risk, baby! π
ββοΈ
In all seriousness, I am very aware of the danger that could take place if children are left to use and dispense Suds on their own, so DON'T DO THAT, ok??
Please make sure that you - the responsible adult - dispenses Suds for them, and then place the bottle out of their reach to avoid any accidents.
More Suds stock coming soon! Plus TWO new fragrance options being added in February! ππ

This year I finally let myself start exploring what it is that I truly want for my business.
The truth is is that I started this business when I had a very crunchy granola soul - I worked for a local organic grocery store, I quit the pill, I took maca and ashwaghanda and drank chlorophyll every day; I quit wearing artificial fragrance, conventional makeup, and hair products. I didn't let myself get takeout or Starbucks without a reusable mason jar on hand; I binged and cried over environmental docs, and I got heavy into minimalism and got rid of most of my clothes.
I was going full hippie.
But the thing is is that I wasn't at my optimal happiness.
I was stressed out ALL THE TIME because I was so afraid to do something wrong, and have it be to the detriment of the planet, its various inhabitants, or to my body and endocrine system.
That rigid rooted-to-the-earth life may work for some, but I learned over the years that I am more fluid than I thought I was, and that sort of life doesn't work for me the way I had hoped it would.
So this year I let myself start to explore who I really am and what I enjoy, and that is why the overall direction of my business has shifted from only offering my all natural bath soaks, to ALSO offering fun and silly things like Suds, spoons, and weather rocks.
Because life is too damn short to take it so seriously.
I want my business to be able to help you find your personal BALANCE in life; if you are into the crunchy lifestyle then I will continue to develop and offer products for you, and if you're more of a parfait gal (or guy or non-binary pal) like me, then on top of having those natural options, you also will get to enjoy a more fun and carefree variety of products.
But at the heart of everything, I still will strive to keep our planet in mind and have as sustainable packaging as possible.
Here's to 2023 and finding our balance together!

Well, that's a wrap on Handmade Sask Southland! πΎ
This is a bittersweet day, as I'm looking forward to getting a break from retail, starting some business classes, and working on bringing some of my wild ideas to life, but I will miss working at the store and getting to meet so many amazing people who truly LOVE and SUPPORT local in so many amazing ways! π₯²π
Handmade Saskatchewan was the first store to ever carry my products, and I'll never forget the day that Janelle told me she had room for my soaks, "because they're different from the rest!"
That was an incredibly validating moment for me, and having someone acknowledge that my soaks were different from others on the local market gave me a push to keep going and keep growing.
For now, soaks will remain available for purchase at the CORNWALL location (and online!) until the end of the year. All other products will continue to be available via DM until I get my website running. π₯°
I can't wait to see everything that is in store for Handmade Sask for 2023! π₯³π₯

Please enjoy this sassy photo of me at my first ever open house market! β¨οΈ
Having Megan open up her home so that our friends and loved ones can have a fun and intimate shopping and socializing experience really shows the support of the small business community, and that COMMUNITY over competition is what really matters! π
It also reminded me of the Uxbridge studio tours that take place every year, and how great it feels to be welcomed and trusted in someone's creative space. π₯²
If you didn't get a chance to make it to the open house, but you would like to be invited next year, let me know down below and I will add you to next year's guest list! ππ₯

I am so grateful to Jenn and .yqr for the awesome market she hosted this past Sunday at The Owl! It was lovely to meet so many new customers AND local makers!
I was feeling pretty intimidated about getting back into the market scene, but November was truly such an amazing month, and the excitement I received about all of my different offerings was incredibly validating.
Thank you Γ1,000,000 to all of those who put on markets so that small businesses have a way to showcase and sell our products. We couldn't make it without you! π₯°

Luke's Diner sold at my last market, but I've still got Central Perk for all you Friends fan out there! βοΈ

I have unfortunately been very under the weather this past week, and haven't had much energy at all to be updating socials, but now that I am FINALLY starting to feel better, let me introduce you to something I am INCREDIBLY proud of! π
Introducing my brand new line of super foamy, retro soda-inspired bubble bath - SUDS! π
There are currently four options to choose from, with two more already lined up for next year! π
The current fragrance options are:
π Orange Soda
π Grape Soda
π Cream Soda
π Black Cherry Soda
Trust me when I tell you you only need one oz. of this bubble bath for super foamy and luxurious bubbles, that last for - no word of a lie - HOURS! Gone are the days of your bubbles immediately disappearing! π
I have very limited quantities for the remainder of the year, but you can grab a bottle of SUDS at the Cathedral Christmas Market on November 19, or at The Wren Holiday Market on November 27! βοΈ
