Sometimes we create little hiccups along the way. The true test is what we do with those hiccups to achieve success.πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

The @totsled flattening system makes my life easy with strong aluminum rails and heavy duty steel bearings for a flawless result!!

Cutting out the sink hole in this walnut countertop with my @makita.ca router & @festoolcanada carvex jigsaw.

After tracing the sink hole out on the actual countertop I decided to trace it onto a piece of scrap. Then cut out the sink hole in the scrap piece and place it on my countertop to use as a template to cut the hole with a router.πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

People are really liking this look and the more I do it, the more I like it as well. It adds uniqueness, and in my opinion an upscale look to the piece.πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

Adding a little thickness to the look of this countertop with @titebondproducts πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

Adding a piece of walnut to the front and side edges of this countertop to give it some thickness. I like using 1” stock for countertops because it’s easy for sink and tap installation. I add this strip to give the countertop a 2” thick look.πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

Sometimes these little knot holes never want to fill up no matter how much resin you add to them. This is a perfect opportunity to colour match with @starbondadhesives after the resin has cured. Check it out!!πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

This countertop is getting surfaced on my @totsled before having all of the knot holes filled with pro series resin from @designer_epoxy The pro series resin is thin so it really gets into those tight spots and it cures in 24 hrs.πŸ‘πŸ€£

Glue up on this walnut countertop with @titebondproducts πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

This was the most stressful table delivery I’ve done, the team was excellent and everything went better than I could’ve asked for.πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž
