Off now to teach ZUMBA to the greatest group of women and a few brave gents. We have the greatest hour of singing, dancing, mingling and laughing.
I've taught fitness now for 40 years -- in fact my anniversary is next week. I began teaching at the Workout Studio on Charing Cross -- at the end of May 1994 -- my 40 year career of kicking assets and having my kicked MANY times.

FITabulous to be back on the Dance floor and kicking assets to a packed room of very enthusiastic women and men. Brilliant stuff this morning to my Zumba Peeps. Nice to see everyone back in action ... although we all admitted that we were some stiff ...

LINE DANCERS!!!
SECOND class added to our Brantford Line Dancing lessons!!!
As of Wednesday January 10th -- We NOW are offering Intermediate/Advanced Line Dance Classes at St. Mary's Parish Hall, 133 Murray Street, Brantford. 7pm - 8pm. $5/person.
This is on a TRIAL basis class and times may alter slightly based upon participant's wishes and the class size.
Monday Nights Beginners/Improver class will remain as is at regular times --- 6:30pm - 8:00pm.
Classes resume the week of January 8th. See Poster for all details ...
