This incredible unit was on the market for just over a month. Days on the market (DOM) is typically in the 45 day mark so we landed ahead of schedule and Landlords were able to save some money. Last Tenants didn't want to leave but they had to move so we had to get it back on the market.

After a ton of qualifying we found the right Tenants that are perfect for the unit who are pumped to move in and can't wait. The agent representing the tenants was very easy to work with which so far has been a smooth transaction. Congrats to my clients in securing another tenant. This Listing was absolutely Bananas! After putting together a great strategy combined with clients hard work to prepare the home to make it show room ready, this awesome semi-detached garnered approximately 50 showings, 40 sets of people coming through the open house and Multiple offers.
