You're going to love this: A new study published in the Journal of S*xual Medicine just revealed which parts of your body are the most sensitive to various types of touch. In other words, get ready to feel some tingles.

Researchers recruited 30 women and assessed the sensitivity of three areas of their bodies: the primary ge***al zone (cl****is, l***a minora, vaginal margin, and a**l margin), secondary s*xual zone (lateral breast area, ar**la, neck, and ni**le), and neutral zone (forearm and abdomen) using devices to simulate three different senses (light touch, pressure, and vibration). And interestingly, different spots were more sensitive to different types of touch.

Here's what they found: When it comes to a light touch, the neck, forearm, and vaginal margin were the most sensitive spots. When pressure was applied to all body parts, the cl****is and ni**le came out as the most sensitive. The cl****is and ni**le were also the most sensitive when it came to vibrations. But here's an interesting twist: Overall, the secondary s*xual zone was more sensitive to vibrations than either other region. So you might want to try using that vi****or on a few other spots.

This is fascinating because you can now get even more creative with foreplay and s*x. See, pressure—in this study, meant to mimic penetration—feels great on more than just your cl****is, so have your partner massage your breasts if it feels good to you, too. And knowing that the vaginal margin is most sensitive to lighter touch, have your partner use softer pressure during oral around this spot. Plus, feather-light touches on your forearm and neck? That’s foreplay you can do in public. Of course, the sample size of this study was pretty small, so feel free to explore your own body and see what moves give you goose bumps.
