To shine the light within you, to radiate it to the world in all its brilliance, first requires a courageous journey through the darkness within.
It's in facing our shadows that we uncover the true depth of our light. 💫
Embrace the journey, for within the shadows lie the seeds of transformation.
Sometimes, amidst the chaos of life, it's crucial to remember that the power to find peace resides within YOU. Embrace it, nurture it, and let it radiate through every aspect of your being.

Beautiful Soul, it's okay if you're going through a tough time right now.🤗
Let yourself feel it all—the pain, the uncertainty. Know that peaks and valleys are part of life's journey.
In the midst of change, be compassionate with yourself.
What lessons can you learn? What needs to shift? It's okay to let go of what no longer serves you.
Remember, growth often means shedding old layers.
It's uncomfortable but necessary. Honor the process of letting go and finding meaning in the chaos.
You're not alone on this journey.
Trust in your resilience and know that this too shall pass.
Embrace the change, for within it lies the seeds of transformation. 💖
✨ Trust Your Instincts: Relationships, even spiritual ones, should nourish and uplift you. If something feels off or isn't providing helpful insights, it's okay to step back.
🤔 The Feedback Loop: I've learned to trust my intuitive experiences, but it wasn't an overnight process. My logical mind often questioned, but the feedback loop of positive outcomes affirmed my path.
👂 Listening to the Signs: There were times when I didn't fully grasp the intuitive nudges, but ignoring them led to regret. Trusting the whispers of our inner knowing is the key to unlocking our true potential.

💗It can be challenging to know how to prioritize your mental health, and taking care of our mental wellness is often overlooked when we think about getting healthy.

I would love to hear how it's going !💌
There's some new faces around here so I thought I'd share a bit about my journey as a Highly Sensitive Person/Empath ⬇️
💡 The 'Ah-Ha' Moment: During an Intuitive Development workshop, everything clicked. I realized my emotions were like a mirror, reflecting those around me. It wasn't just me; I was picking up on others' energies—empathy in its truest form.
🧭 Learning to Let Go: Acknowledging that not all feelings were mine was one thing, but mastering the art of releasing foreign energies was a game-changer. Energy healing became my compass, guiding me to discern what was truly mine and what wasn't.
🛡️ Strengthening Boundaries: Yet, some energies lingered, clinging tighter than others. It became clear: deeper healing was necessary. I delved into the depths of my psyche, unraveling layers of conditioning that led me to absorb others' pain as my own.
🌊 The Healing Journey: For sensitive souls like us, caring for others often came naturally, sometimes to our detriment. But healing isn't linear; it's a labyrinth of self-discovery. From personal to ancestral wounds, each layer requires tender unraveling to reclaim our power while maintaining compassion for others.
✨ Reminder: Sensitivity isn't a burden; it's a gift—a compass guiding us to deeper realms of empathy and understanding. And through healing, we transform from mere sponges of energy to beacons of light, illuminating our path and those around us.
Are you navigating your own journey as a sensitive soul? Let's walk this path together. Reach out to explore how we can embark on this transformative journey hand in hand. 💖
Albert Einstein's wisdom reminds us: our intuition is a treasure often overlooked in a world that praises logic. 🧠💫
Let's celebrate the harmony between intuition and rationality, allowing both to illuminate our path with clarity and purpose.
Embracing intuition means nurturing it. Try incorporating mindfulness practices, like meditation, breathwork or journaling into your routine to strengthen your inner guidance system.
Embarking on a spiritual awakening journey is like stepping into a whole new world of self-discovery and connection. 💗✨
It's about becoming aware of the intricate threads that bind us to everything around us and tapping into our inner power to access it. 🧘♂️💫
But hey, it's not a one-size-fits-all kind of deal!
Spiritual awakening unfolds uniquely for each person—whether it's a slow, gentle awakening or a sudden, eye-opening experience. 🌱 For some, it's a soothing journey of peace and support, while for others, it might stir up some unhealed wounds. 💔
Need a little guidance along the way?
Spiritual practices like meditation and energy work can be your trusty companions, but remember, it's okay to hit the brakes if things feel too intense.
And if you're considering psychedelic therapy to fast-track your journey, tread carefully—proper support and guidance are essential to avoid any rocky rides.
Sure, it's a bit overwhelming at times. 😰
Questioning your beliefs and values can leave you feeling like you're lost in a maze.
But guess what? You're not alone!
That's where I come in—I specialize in guiding individuals through their spiritual awakening process. Let's navigate this exciting journey together.💖

Let's celebrate the triumphs born from setbacks and inspire each other to keep pushing forward! 💗✨
In our culture and society we have all been taught to operate from the logical mind.
To have a five to ten year plan. To reverse engineer our lives. To plan each step along the way. To know where we are headed.
And there is nothing wrong with having a longer term plan.
The problem is that we have fortune about the soul.
We arrive at our goals and we don't feel how we hoped we would. We are constantly striving and never arriving.
We weren't taught that ego was never meant to lead the show.
Soul is meant to lead and ego is meant to serve the soul.
The good news is that we can unlearn what we have been taught.
There is another, more authentic and fulling way to live.
The question is: Are you willing to take the risk? To do the work?

Some of the key differences between being a highly sensitive person and being an empath.
It is also possible to be both (I am both myself)!
What stands out the most for you?
41 trips around the sun this month.
Here are 4 things I am grateful for in this season of life.
💫💞🎂
One of the biggest challenges is to differentiate between ego and soul.
Ego is the image you have of yourself and the face you put on for the world. It has both positive as well as negative aspects.
The soul is your true self, something that doesn’t change. It is eternal and always present, even if you don’t always feel it or pay attention to it.
It is challenging to dismiss your ego and be led by your soul, but if you manage to tap into this deeper part of yourself a few minutes a day, your life will improve in many beautiful ways.
How do you tell this difference between the voice of your ego and that of your soul?
Have you ever felt like you're living in the darkness? Like something is missing from your life, but you can't quite put your finger on it? Walking your spiritual path is not a choice for the faint of heart. It is not all sunshine and rainbows.
The path of spiritual growth can be difficult because it requires you to face parts of yourself that you may not want to see. As a result, you may find yourself struggling with thoughts and feelings that are uncomfortable or even painful, and you may feel like giving up sometimes, but don't!
You're not alone. Many of us feel this way at some point—whether a few times a year or every day, we experience times when we feel like our lives are a little bit off-kilter.
But here's the thing: all of this is normal! It means that you're taking small steps or more significant leaps into living in alignment with the truth of your soul. And eventually, those steps will take you out of the darkness and into the light. You'll emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before—ready and willing to take on whatever comes your way because now you know how to handle anything that comes your way.
You have chosen this path, so stay committed to it no matter what happens! Keep going until you reach your goal—and then keep going some more!

How to know if it is time to start therapy?
If you are struggling and need support.
A general rule of thumb would be if you have not felt like yourself and it has been over 2 weeks I would recommend seeking support.
Prevention and early intervention are very helpful to get back on track.
You also don't have to be struggling to benefit from therapy. As a highly sensitive person, I am a deep thinker and enjoy reflection and processing time. I benefit a lot from having this as part of my lifestyle and practices. As do so many of my hsp clients. Self-awareness can help us to make intentional decisions, be our best selves and really live a conscious life. To live wholeheartedly and with purpose and passion.
Therapy can be a support that helps to serve these goals as well.
No matter your reasons for being curious about therapy there are many potential benefits.
I have had the benefit and gift of many trusted and heart-centred therapists, teachers, mentors, healers and guides over my life. I continue to seek support when I come up to a new growth edge and as a part of my regular self-care practices.
Share if you have benefited from therapy or your own personal growth support below. (Only what you are comfortable with of course).
Don't let fear keep you stuck in your comfort zone.
The only way to expand our comfort zones is to keep pushing outside of it.
Take even one small step at all times and over time your zone of comfort will continue to increase.
Facing fear and moving forward is a part of courage.
What is one area where you are challenging yourself to step outside of your comfort zone?
Wishing you and yours a Happy Easter Weekend.
I will be out of the office over the long weekend and spending time making Easter memories with the little one.
Happy Egg Hunting!
