When times are tough and challenging, empathy is about being there for each other. The people in our lives need to feel seen and heard. Through active listening and seeing the world through their eyes, we can all practice the skill of empathy.

So, this Mental Health Week, be there for people. Times can be challenging, but we can make it easier for people by being there for them and showing empathy.
