Late last week, we learned of the loss of a cherished team member in a non-work-related motor vehicle incident. Mark Anthony was an integral member of the Emil Anderson Maintenance - Robson team. He will be remembered for his dedication and camaraderie. We stand in unity with the entire EAM Robson team as they cope with this significant loss.

This tragic loss is felt throughout our company and community and at this time out of respect for his family and colleagues we are pausing our social media posts to give space to remember Mark. We have reached out to our employees directly to provide support and resources to those affected. Our hearts go out to Mark's family during this incredibly difficult time, and we extend our deepest condolences.

Crews will be dust control on Weaver Creek Road and Morris Valley Road today, July 23rd. Watch for slow moving vehicles until 2:30pm.

Overpass Maintenance │Thacker Creek Overpass

Crews will be working in the Eastbound slow lane on July 22nd between 7:30am and 6:30pm. Please drive with caution and obey speed reductions.

│Nicolum Bridge

Planned bridge maintenance between July 22nd-August 2nd at Nicolum Bridge. The Southbound slow lane will be closed and a speed reduction in place. Please drive with caution.

Grading│Hemlock Valley Road

Crews will be working on , near Snowmist Drive, today, July 11th. Please watch for slow moving vehicles and equipment.

Railing repair │

Crews will be repairing a railing on July 18th, between 7:30PM and 5:00am at Sumas canal. The Eastbound fast lane will be closed while repairs take place. Please slow down and watch for crews and traffic control personnel.

Bridge deck maintenance │Nicolum Bridge

Crews will be performing repairs to Nicolum Bridge, Highway 5, between July 15-19th. The westbound slow lane will be closed during this time. Please slow down and watch for workers.

GRADING│ Hemlock Valley Road
Our crews have been busy up in Hemlock Valley getting the road graded! Make sure to keep an eye out for crews as they'll be working in the area again June 24th and 25th.

It's that time of year! ☀️

Our FV team has been out mowing alongside the highways and the various side roads we also maintain. This is to ensure drivers have clear visibility, reduce fire hazards, and facilitate effective drainage.

If you see our mowers working on the highway or close to the highway, please make sure to give them lots of space and obey traffic control signage and personnel if they are accompanying them. This will help keep you and our workers safe.

With a cooler weather front moving in, some areas such as Highway 3 between Hope and Princeton, have the chance of seeing some wet snow mixed in with the rain. Please remember to check www.drivebca.ca and adjust driving to road conditions. Allow for extra travel time and drive with caution.

Maintenance Work│

On Thursday, May 30th, from 9:00pm to approximately 5:00am, the eastbound fast lane will be closed between Cole Road (Exit 99) and Yale Road West (Exit 109) for maintenance work. There will be a speed reduction to 60km in the work zone. Please slow down and watch for crews and traffic control personnel.

- construction between the start of Highway 3 and Exit 173: Old Hope Princeton Way is scheduled to wrap up at approximately 2:30pm. The left lane will be closed in each direction until then.
