🔪🩸who remembers my true crime bride earlier this year?

well she got MARRIED last weekend (and looked stunning😍) and requested this classy number filled with fresh lemon curd.

I love being such a small part of such special celebrations, I’ve met so many amazing humans and it never fails to amaze me that you guys trust me with your special occasions (and are willing to spend your hard earned cash at my business🥹)

NOW..time to pack up my lake bag for a weekend of lake time with some of my favorite humans on earth🥰

I couldn’t cancel a lunch service after 2, almost 3 weeks of not being at my regular spots - so I’m trekking down the road to Stuart Kia for lunch today!

Because of the crazy support yesterday, I will NOT have roast beef sandwiches, or chilli cheese fries/dogs and have limited turkey salad. BUT..burger fries will be made available again for today only!

reminder that I am taking this weekend off to enjoy an early birthday, but not before I tackle a 50th anniversary that the customer requested this beautiful cake as it’s inspiration…but with touches of gold😍

☀️tidefest day 3☀️
I’m back with a replenished truck (well as replenished as I could physically make happen on a Saturday night)and will be here until 4pm or sell out!

‼️reminder that food trucks are not restaurants or massive commercial kitchens and we cannot hold endless supplies of food! ‼️We LOVE being at local events and serving our community, but people have been forgetting lately that we have limited space in our trucks. So many of the items you love so much are sourced from specific suppliers (that only deliver on select days) and take 2-3 days to make/prep so they are the items you’ve come to know and love.

So please, next time before you decide to make a nasty or offhand remark about a truck being sold out, too busy, or leaving early, please just remember that we don’t ever go into an event with intentions of leaving early or running out of food and if we spend 4+ hours absolutely slammed with lines and then are told we aren’t doing enough..it’s really disheartening.

so please be kind, we are only humans at the end of the day and we truly are trying our very best for every event we attend💕

after a crazy busy morning, I just wanted to pop on and share that I am sold out and don’t have enough food to keep the truck going tonight and tomorrow

I know it’s disappointing but I am only one person with limited space in my truck and because so much of my stuff is made fresh, I can’t just pull stuff out of a freezer and carry on.

but thank you so much for a great day and I will be back tomorrow with a replenished truck to wrap up a great weekend!

😔 waking up feeling like trash and working on a truck that is already 27 degrees at 6am sounds like recipe for disaster..so to make sure I don’t lose my entire work week by making myself incredibly sick - I am regrettably cancelling service today for Richie Brothers Customer Appreciation Event.

I hate doing this, but this is the reality for food trucks, the weather has to be nice for us to operate, but if it’s TOO sunny and TOO hot - it can get dangerous and as much as it pains me to cancel, I can’t risk making myself super sick.

Ill be back at Richie Brothers in September, and will be spending the day in the AC with lots of water, resting💕

it’s been a hot minute since I gave you guys an update on custom cakes and the cake wish list!

first off - July is fully booked for custom cakes, I physically cannot take on any more custom cakes or the truck definitely won’t do lunch service or late night service for the entire month of July😅

secondly - my cake wish list has almost been entirely claimed! I have 3 spaces left for 2024, a still some really fun themes left!

as busy as I might be, and as tired as I might be - I am always SO SO SO thankful that I have such a wonderful community supporting me and spending their hard earned dollars on my dream!

sorry Truro! No lunch service again this week because after Richie Bros Customer Appreciation Day, Im hitting the road again to Elmsdale with my food truck besties , and hanging out with and .beefy.weiner for a weekend full of music, fun events and obviously a lot of tasty food!

I’ll be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 10pm or sell out, with a variety of cake sandwiches, fresh iced teas and BEEP..plus the usual lineup of fresh sandwiches, loaded fries and hotdogs.

we are open until 5ish, weather and traffic dependant! And there’s SNOWCONES again today! (Seriously I would give up ice cream forever to have snow cones available on the regular😍)

3 years ago we welcomed our sweetest little rainbow baby earth side, and somehow that little squishy baby is now a little walking, talking, very opinionated human. he is the sweetest little moo, and I am forever lucky I get to be his mama💕

I checked the truck before leaving this morning and it was already 32 degrees inside with just my fridges running, with the humidex hitting 43 today, standing in front of a fryer or flattop sounds like a recipe for disaster - so to ensure I don’t give myself heat stroke and miss this weekend, I’m going to keep it closed today.

I’ll have a list of treats available for Pride later today, and I will be open tomorrow for lunch at KIA. But until then friends, stay cool, drink lots of water and my fellow kitchen workers..Godspeed✌🏻
