The premier of my province has proposed health spending accounts. Not impressed. I already fought against proposals to charge out patients for infusions. I get six per year, at a rough estimate of $3K per infusion (using estimates from health agencies while currently on long term disability. That alone would eat almost half my benefits. Her proposal puts the burden back on the patient and family. Read the thread and then the report.
