I have 3 amazing adult children who who I love beyond words πππ
I'm left handed
I have a beautiful pup who is 9 1/2 years old. He has been sick and on medication daily since he was 1 year old πΎ
I grew up in the city but moved to the country when I was 20 years old π»
I have 1 full time job and 2 home businesses πΊπͺπ
I love to travel to warm destinations where I can snorkel and scuba dive π€Ώ
We have 2 Harley Davidson's and riding spring, summer and fall is something we love to do ποΈ

I do 5 Day free groups all the time, but this one starting tomorrow is different. This is for every single human alive.
Being in another lockdown, we need now, more than ever to stay positive for our own mindset, heartset, soulset and healthset, and for those that rely on us.

Pizza Peppers
Cut peppers in half and clean. Place in cooking dish and spray with Avocado/Olive oil and bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
While the peppers cook slightly, slice pepperoni, chop spinach and shredded cheese.
Once peppers are partially cooked layer on sauce, spinach pepperoni and olives (optional) and top with a bit of cheese.
Bake for another 12 minutes.
Enjoy!

After the year we have just had, there can't be doubt in anyone's mind that you are capable of change! Capable of hard things! Capable of knowing and doing what's best for you and your family and friends!

Our journeys are always changing, sometimes by our choice, sometimes not....
When I started to take my health more seriously was in my mid 20's after the birth of my 2nd child. It wasn't a weight issue then really, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and B12 deficiency. Despite medication, things change in the body and only exercise gave me the energy I needed for my day.
In my early 30's during my 3rd pregnancy I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. During all 3 of my pregnancies I had gestational diabetes. My dad had Type 2 diabetes. I knew I had to take control of my health to prevent myself from getting Type 2 as well, being at a higher risk. Some things just open yours eyes a little more.
Now I'm in my 50's, my mother is 83 and has dementia. The science and research on the link between exercising and reducing the risk of dementia is indisputable! New reasons to take care of me! And to set an example for my 3 beautiful children that they too, need to take good care of themselves.
I believe in being proactive, not reactive πͺ

Curry Butternut Squash Soupπ You may want to save this one!!
Super simple and quick to make. The hardest part was chopping up the squash, but so worth the effort. This soup is DELICIOUS!
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 butternut squash, peeled & cubed
2 tbsp curry powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chilli pepper flakes
Sea salt to taste
1 can organic coconut milk (14oz)
3 cups organic chicken (or vegetable) broth
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Heat a large pot over medium heat then add olive oil and onions. Cook until translucent. Add garlic & ginger and cook another 2 minutes. Add curry powder, cumin, chilli pepper flakes and salt. Mix together then add butternut squash and stir to coat. Add coconut milk and broth. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn down to a simmer until squash is cooked. Add cinnamon and stir. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth.
